Are you homeless or threatened with homelessness?
Do you need advice on finding or keeping accommodation?
We can advise single people and families on accommodation options in the private rented, council and voluntary sectors, as well as claiming housing benefit. We run our own deposit bond and rent-in-advance scheme to help single people into private rented accommodation.

Do you need advice on a housing legal matter?
We can advise single people and families on most matters of housing law including:
- threat of eviction or repossesion
- rent or mortgage arrears
- homelessness
- tenancy rights
- housing benefit
For brief pieces of advice (up to 20 minutes) we will either:
- give advice over the telephone
- ask you to make an appointment to see us
For more complex matters needing more than 20 minutes work, we will give initial advice but we may then offer an appointment for further advice/advocacy under the Legal Help scheme. |
